Customer expectations for delivery speed, reliability, and transparency have transformed fulfillment from a back-office function into a strategic driver of growth. At the same time, artificial intelligence (AI) is helping commerce leaders manage increasing operational complexity across channels.

Join Amazon for an Industry Innovation Breakfast exploring how these shifts are driving an evolution in fulfillment strategy. Drawing on perspectives from Amazon Multichannel Fulfillment (MCF), Meredith Bunche will share how AI can meaningfully improve decision-making without succumbing to hype, as well as explore which priorities matter most for building customer trust and long-term growth.
Meredith is a marketing and growth leader who specializes in building and scaling new businesses at Amazon, from launching private brands and new retail experiences to driving go-to-market strategy for emerging technology and supply chain services. She currently serves as Director of Marketing and Revenue Management for Multichannel Commerce and Fulfillment at Amazon, where she leads go-to-market strategy, product marketing, and revenue optimization. In this role, she focuses on translating complex logistics and technology capabilities into scalable commercial growth and customer adoption.
She previously held multiple leadership roles within Amazon’s grocery business, most recently as Director of Growth, Marketing, and Impact. As one of the early leaders in Amazon Fresh, Meredith touched most parts of the business— developing selection strategy for perimeter and perishable categories, leading the creation of the Amazon Fresh private label food brand, and later building Amazon’s grocery advertising strategy, ad product portfolio, and in-store digital experience.
Meredith joined Amazon in 2013 through the Retail Leadership Development Program. Prior to joining the grocery organization, she spent five years in Amazon Fashion, where she led the launch of several women’s private label apparel brands.
